My favorite place in the school is my mommy' room, because I can draw with markers. 

If you could change one thing that happened this year, what would it be? 

I would have not cried during spelling tests. 

What is something that was hard for you at the start of the year, but is easy now?

Writing.

Princess in Black, because I like when she battles monsters and turns into the princess in black. 

What person at your school has made the biggest impact in your life this year? Why?

Lizzy, because she is super nice, cute, smart, and she was in my kindergarten class.

Dear Quinn,

You are now 7 years old!  Holy cow!  Time is flying faster and faster every year!  You are going to be starting middle school before we know it.   Ha!

You are just a total school aged kid now.  There is no baby/little kid left in you. It's amazing.  You are sassy and smart and funny and kind, and just overall a really great kid.

FIRST day of FIRST grade

Quinn started FIRST grade this year. Her teacher is Ms. Carter.  She loves school, especially lunch and the three recesses. 

I started back too. My tenth year teaching.   (sometimes you end up twinning with half your hall on the first day.).
